STORE POLICY
Our policy is our contract, and it is in place, for your protection as well as ours.
PRE-ORDERS
PRE-ORDERS are placed with the purpose of buying low, and waiting the necessary time for those items to reach us. We do not control the possible delays that could occur in transit, stock flow or other possible occurrences such as a human error made by vendor, mother nature and/or by a carrier. Please be aware of this before you purchase a PRE-ORDER. Our assurance to you however is, If a delay occurs out of our control, we will be in contact with you and keep you updated every step of the way, but please understand that this is the only feasible way, we sellers can navigate these amazing offers to our customers.
PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal as a payment method. We use PayPal for an even playing field of safety for "both" customer and seller. If you have made an arrangement with us to pay in cash, the cash must be dropped off before your item is made. Items will no longer be made before cash is delivered.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If a photo is sent to us for “inspiration” please know that it CANNOT be duplicated exactly. We will do our best to recreate it, but the fonts, fabrics, size, and some colors may not be exact. If you have a specific part of a design you want to see in your final product, please let us know before item is made.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered to customers who have received an entirely wrong item (color, size, style). We do not offer refunds in the middle of a transaction, or if the item was incorrectly ordered by the customer.
RETURNS
We do offer returns for orders that were sent incorrectly (color, size, style) We do not offer a return, for an order that was ordered and sent correctly. Please be sure to order the right size, to ensure the item will fit properly. We will certainly help you find the right size. Just be sure to ask us for a size chart.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We can only cancel an order within the first 24 hours of placing an order (most of the time, not always). We typically place orders the same day of payment, to get the order off and processing, so we can get your order in as fast as possible. Please be 100% sure, you are ready to place your order, so we can avoid cancelation altogether.
SHIPPING
We ship between 3-6 business days (M-F) We ship priority, and we offer a flat rate price to all our customers.

For any items needed before 5 days of placing and paying for your order there will be a $10 rush fee.
